Today’s AI Tool is Vybe
TLDR
Vybe is an AI-powered platform for building secure, scalable internal tools that empower both engineers and business teams.
Problem It Addresses
Companies struggle to balance speed and security when building internal tools, often creating bottlenecks for engineering teams. Existing no-code platforms fall short on scalability, production integration, and secure data access.
Solution
Vybe provides a platform where engineers can securely integrate production data and govern access, while business teams can independently build tools powered by AI. It bridges the gap between technical governance and business agility with deep integrations and enterprise-grade controls.
Here’s how it delivers value:
AI-powered app generation: business users can generate apps instantly without coding, under the control of engineers if required.
Connected to real data: you can use one of their 3,000+ integrations, or connect your own Postgres, Redshift, MySQL (and more) databases.
Secure by design: granular control, auth, roles and a security layer AI can't change.
Joey’s GTM Idea of the Day
Your Reps Aren’t the Problem. The Job You’ve Given Them Is.
Most sellers today look busy but feel stuck. They jump between tabs, chase down information, try to stay on top of accounts, and somehow still fit in actual selling. Leaders see effort. Reps feel the drag. Everyone wonders why results don’t match the grind.
The issue isn’t the people. It’s the workload we’ve piled onto them.
A modern rep is expected to do everything. Find signals. Research accounts. Write their own notes. Build their own workflows. Keep up with product changes. Then, on top of all that, show up sounding sharp and prepared in every customer conversation. It’s unrealistic. Even your top reps struggle. They’re just better at hiding it.
When you watch your best reps closely, you’ll notice something. They aren’t magically more gifted. They simply remove more friction. They reuse notes. They track signals in a simple system. They create shortcuts that save them from starting at zero every time. It looks like talent. It’s actually structure.
Now imagine if the whole org created that structure instead of leaving every rep to figure it out alone.
Give reps cleaner data so they don’t waste time hunting for it. Give them the right context right before a call instead of forcing them to assemble it. Give them simple signals about who to focus on instead of guessing. None of this replaces skill. It lets skill breathe.
Take Action Now
Slack your reps one question. What part of your week feels like busywork?
Start there. Take one task off their plate. Make it shared, automated, or simplified. Then repeat.
When the noise goes down, the selling goes up. Reps don’t need to work harder. They need space to do the work that matters.
